Consent forms Day event & Camp with Kit List

  Note - the Groundsheet is NOT usually required on the kit list.

Torches are essential - please provide totches with a strap to go round the neck - this needs to be of the safety type where it will come free if caught on something.

All equipment should be well marked with your childs name. This kit list is suitable for both Cubs and Scouts.

We do not encourage Young people taking mobile phones to Camp unless there is a specific family reason - sorry homesickness is just not an option ! Similarly, mobile or hand held games - DO NOT pack these.  They are expensive and just likely to get wet, damaged and are just a distraction to your child and others. 

Aerosols are NOT allowed as they can be sprayed on others, find their way into fires and be extremely dangerous, plus the spray damages tent waterproofing.
