Smile Barbara, the last 15 years weren't that bad !

Cubs congratulate barbara for 15 years service as she takes a back seat to let Heather,  the new Akela build on her good work. Thanks Barbara !  She continues to be a reserve Warranted Leader to cover the gaps which arise from time to time.
